Understanding the scoreboard
On this page
The Scoreboard in the Track My Visibility application shows where your brand performs best and worst across AI models and topics. It also shows how your brand metrics have changed over the date range you choose.
Use the Scoreboard for a quick summary of your AI visibility. It answers two questions: where is my brand strong, and where is it weak?

How to open the Scoreboard#
Click Scoreboard under Performance in the left sidebar.
How to read your strongest and weakest areas#
The top of the Scoreboard shows:
- The AI model where your brand performs best.
- The AI models with your highest and lowest visibility.
- The topics with your highest and lowest visibility.
A strong topic is one where AI models already recommend your brand, so protect it and build on it. A weak topic is where the gap is, so work on it in Opportunities, especially if it's an important product line.
How to read brand metrics over time#
The brand metrics chart shows how your visibility changed over the date range you choose. Switch between a line chart to see trends and a bar chart to compare days.

How to use the Scoreboard#
The Scoreboard works well as a starting point for a regular review:
- Check whether your weakest topic or AI model has changed since your last review.
- Compare the trend in the brand metrics chart with the dates you published content or made changes.
- Open the Performance page to see how competitors compare on your weakest topic.
- Share the Scoreboard with clients or leadership as a short summary of your AI visibility.
Frequently asked questions#
What does the Scoreboard show in Track My Visibility?
The Scoreboard shows your strongest and weakest AI models and topics, and a chart of how your brand metrics changed over time. It gives a quick summary of where your brand performs well in AI answers and where it needs work.
What is my strongest AI model?
Your strongest AI model is the one where your brand has the highest visibility for your tracked prompts. The Scoreboard shows it at the top of the page.

Use the brand metrics chart on the Scoreboard. Choose a date range and switch to the line chart to see the trend, then compare it with the dates you made changes.
